Lead Pastor: Kelly Perry, D. Min.
Dr. Kelly Perry has led the congregation of the Macon First Church of the Nazarene since September, 1999. He is a native of Indiana and a die hard Colts fan. Pastor Perry attended the Bible Missionary Institute, in Rock Island, Illinois, and graduated from the Indianapolis District, Church of the Nazarene course of study {elder track} in 1995. He continued his education through Southwest Bible College & Seminary in Jennings, Louisiana where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Ministry, a Master of Arts in Ministry, and he completed his Doctorate of Ministry in 2009. Kelly has served as a pastor in the Church of the Nazarene since 1993. In his study, you will find trophies of whitetail deer, turkey, fish and other wild game; however, Pastor Perry states that the only trophies that count are those of God's transforming grace in the lives of multiple people with whom he has been privileged to share the Good News. A Holy Spirit led man and solid biblical preaching are what you will find under his leadership.
